1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must apply for a refund within 10 days of delivery or purchase.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt, invoice, or order number.
  • Customization Clause: For “Printing as a Service” orders, refunds are only issued if there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error made by our team.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Perishable goods (such as food items).
  • Opened or used personal care or health-related products.
  • Items purchased under “Clearance,” “Flash Sales,” or special discount offers.
  • Customized products where the error (such as a typo or low-quality image) was present in the customer’s original submission.

3. How to Apply for a Refund

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or defective printing), Ponnomohol will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: In all other cases, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

Ponnomohol does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
