Delivery Policy
Delivery Timelines
- Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Please note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka: Charges are determined based on your specific location.
- Outside Dhaka: Additional charges apply based on product weight and destination.
- Final delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Order Tracking Once your order is printed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. This will include tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s absence, we will attempt to contact you. After two failed attempts, the order will be canceled, and a restocking or processing fee may apply.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, because we specialize in customized printing, please note the specific conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Customized Items: Must be unused, in original condition, and in complete original packaging.
- Custom-Printed Items: These can only be returned if the product is damaged upon arrival or if there is a significant printing error caused by us.
- A valid receipt or invoice is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products clearly marked as “Non-Returnable.”
- Customized items where the customer provided incorrect information or low-quality images.
The Return Process To start a return, contact our customer care team with:
- Your Name and Contact Information.
- Order Number.
- Reason for the return (and photos if the item is damaged).
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. We may arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship it back to us.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed via your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchange Policy We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Our Error: If we sent the wrong item or a damaged product, Ponnomohol will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other Reasons: For all other returns, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
