- Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the following working day.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Inside Dhaka: Usually delivered within 1–3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: Depending on the location, it may take 3–5 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are determined based on your location and the weight of the items.
- The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your package has been dispatched, we will send your tracking details via Email or SMS.
- You can use these details to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect contact information or the customer’s absence, the order may be canceled.
- If the delivery fails twice, a restocking or processing fee may be applied to cover the logistics costs.
